description
SEAT BOX WITH COMPOSITE PLATE
The invention relates to a seat box with composite plate. The composite panel has a service area with incorporated goods conveyor, incorporated holding devices for a value-added and an input keyboard and partially above the service area arranged holding devices for display devices and arranged below the service area holding device for a cash-receiving device. The service area is fixed on an L-shaped seat box outer wall and a seating area is surrounded by privacy screens and an access door.
Such Sitzkassen are already widespread in supermarkets and specialty stores and have essentially composite panel constructions as outer walls, screens and service area. In the horizontal service area, the above-mentioned goods conveyor belt and holding devices for the value-added automatic machine and the input keyboard are incorporated. Often customer displays are arranged above the service area on corresponding brackets and provided money trays or credit card input devices. In addition, a holding device for the cashbox is provided below the service area for protection against foreign intervention.
A disadvantage of the known Sitzkassen is a steel substructure with a plurality of sharp corners and edges to support the composite panel with service area and receive the conveyor belt so that it is flush with the service area.
The object of the invention is to minimize the risk of injury in the cash registers for the cashier and to create an ergonomically improved seat box, which provides sufficient legroom on the one hand and on the other hand has improved stability through a novel support structure and at the same time a lightweight Rework, eg Holes, attachments for later changes, allows.
This object is solved by the independent claim 1. Advantageous developments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims.
According to the invention a seat box with composite plate is created. The composite panel has a service area with incorporated goods conveyor, incorporated holding devices for a value-added and input keypad, and arranged partially above the service area, holding devices for display devices and arranged below the service area holding device for a cash-receiving device. The service area is formed by a composite panel fixed on an L-shaped seat box outer wall, and a seating area is surrounded by privacy screens and an access door.
The seat box has below the service area on a support structure with the cash-receiving device that shows ergonomically rounded contours of a horizontal compact strut, which is supported on the legs of the L-shaped seat box outer wall and extends diagonally below the composite panel and the goods conveyor belt. A molded, rounded, offset shoulder in the diagonally disposed horizontal compact strut compensates for the difference in thickness between the service surface composite panel and the service fabric adapted cargo conveyor such that there is clearance for legroom and / or storage space below the L-shaped composite support panel is available.
This seat box has the advantage that the new support structure has no sharp corners and edges and reduced by appropriate rounding the risk of injury in the seating area of the seat. In addition, the support structure increases the stability of the entire seat box, as a horizontal compact strut not only carries the composite panel with service area, but also fixes the two L-shaped walls to each other. Finally, due to the cranked and rounded heel in the diagonally arranged horizontal strut, the thickness difference between composite panel and true conveyor belt is compensated. The two ends of the diagonally arranged horizontal compact strut connect and stabilize in addition the L-shaped outer walls of the seat box, especially since the horizontal compact strut is not interrupted at the location of the transition between the two legs of the L-shaped composite panel with service surface, but in one piece due to the materials used can be produced.
In addition, a non-conductive and insulating material is used which can not cause any short circuit in the highly sensitive electrified seat box. Couplings of interference signals are thereby minimized or reduced because the insulating material used does not allow electromagnetic couplings. An electrostatic charge is greatly reduced. The safety for the operator in terms of electric shock due to short circuit or overvoltage discharge, increases significantly.
By the material to be processed with normal woodworking tools, a slight reworking such as e.g. Holes, fixings, cuts in later changes much easier possible.
For this purpose, the horizontal compact strut in a preferred embodiment of the invention has a compact laminate. Such compact laminates are multi-layered from laminates, such as are commonly used as a cover layer for composite panels, compacted, each laminate would be between 0.3 mm and 1 mm thick. This results in a horizontal compact strut of a composite material which is extremely stable and has a high rigidity and yet, both in the area of the cranked heel and in the other support area, ergonomically designed in accordance rounded edges that the risk of injury in the leg area is reduced below the composite plate or below the conveyor belt.
Furthermore, it is envisaged that the horizontal compact strut has a veneer board material or other stable wood or plastic material. In order to avoid chipping of the material, these materials may additionally be coated with a layer of plastic lacquer. Also, this horizontal compact strut disposed diagonally below the composite panel may be configured to have anti-injury rounding and snugly conform to the underside of the composite panel and the underside of the frame of the goods conveyor.
Preferably, at a lower edge of the horizontal compact strut one to the cashier projecting, horizontally oriented holding plate is arranged as a holding device of the cash receiving device in the area below the service area. Once a cash register or cash box is attached to this fixture, it is simultaneously connected to the electronics of the seat and via appropriate wireless or wired connections to a central server. For this purpose, the holding device of the cash-receiving device on a Kompaktschichtstoffplatte with rounded corners. The rounded corners of the compact laminate, which is fixed on the underside or the lower edge of the horizontal compact strut and extends into the service room of the seat, it is ensured that the risk of injury is minimized and no square metal plates are used as before.
The holding plate of the cash-receiving device may have a compact laminate plate with rounded corners, a veneer plate or other wood or plastic plate with rounded corners. In all cases, this has the advantage over metallic constructions that these materials can be designed with simple means so that the horizontal support structure no longer has any sharp edges.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the holding plate of the cash-receiving device extends below a frame of the goods conveyor belt and thus supports the frame of the goods conveyor belt at a critical point, which protrudes furthest into the service area of the seat box. In addition, the holding plate can be expanded into a keyboard plate such that the keyboard receiving surface of the input keyboard 23 is also supported from underneath. The thickness difference to the cash box position and to the goods conveyor belt can be compensated by compensation elements such that the top of the input keyboard is flush with a raised edge of the service area.
For this purpose, the holding plate can be fixed positively and non-positively and / or cohesively to the lower edge of the horizontal compact strut in the service area. In a positive and non-positive fixing screw and / or pin elements such as rivets are used for fixing. For a cohesive connection of the holding plate with the lower edge of the horizontal compact strut adhesives are available.

FIG. 8 shows a schematic side view of the seat box according to FIG. 7.
Figure 1 shows a schematic plan view of a seat box 1 according to a first embodiment of the invention. The seat box 1 has an L-shaped composite plate 2 with a long leg 33 and a short leg 34 bent to the right. The composite plate 2 has on its upper side a service area 3, which is formed by a layer plate and consists of a laminate or a mineral substance. In the longitudinal leg 33, in this embodiment of the invention, a goods transport belt 4 is arranged such that the upper side of the goods transport belt 4 is almost flush with the service area 3. Furthermore, at the end of the goods conveyor belt 4, a value-collection machine 5 is let into the composite panel, the registration area of which likewise terminates almost flush with the service area 3. Furthermore, holding devices 6 are provided above the service area, on which display devices such as displays or a change tray 22 can be fixed.
Below the service area 3, a holding device 7 is provided for a cash register 8 in the transition from the long leg 33 to the short leg 34 of the composite panel 2, which is ergonomically designed so that the staff on a cash register seat 28th below the cash-receiving device 8 finds sufficient legroom. The L-shaped composite panel 2 surrounds a seating area 11 which in turn is bounded by privacy screens 12 having an access door 13. The L-shaped composite panel 3 is supported on outer walls 10 and on parts of the screen walls 12.
Due to the fittings in the composite panel 3 results, as Figure 1 shows, a critical stability range in the transition from the long leg 33 to the short leg 34, which is additionally weakened by the cutout 35 for the accommodation of the cashbox. According to the invention, this weakened region is supported by a support structure 14, which is marked by dotted lines here, wherein the support structure 14 has a horizontal compact strut 15, which with its ends 42 and 43 is supported on the seat box outer walls 10 and has a bent transition region 16, with which the thickness difference between the composite plate 2 and the frame 21 of the goods conveyor belt 4 is compensated, so that both the composite plate 3 and the goods conveyor belt 4 in the critical areas by the horizontal compact strut 15 is worn.
The thickness of the horizontal compact strut 15 is selected in the region of the cutout 35 so that a rounded lower edge of the compact strut 15 is in the same plane as the lower edge of the conveyor belt 4. This makes it possible, the holding device 7 for a cash-receiving device. 8 to extend on the lower edge of the horizontal compact strut 15 to a support area 29 for the goods conveyor belt 4, so that the holding device 7 is extended to a holding plate, which also supports the goods conveyor belt from below, without restricting the leg room of the cashier staff. This is explained in more detail with detail E, which is shown in side view in FIG. 1A and in plan view in FIG. 1B.
Figure 1A shows a schematic side view of the detail E of Figure 1. Below the section 35 of the composite plate 3, a holding plate 19 is arranged, on the one hand in the region of the cutout 35 as a holding device 7 a cash receiving device 8 and in the region of the composite plate Built-in conveyor belt 4 serves as an additional support portion 29 for the downwardly protruding from the bottom 37 of the composite plate 2 frame of the goods conveyor belt 4. For this purpose, the thickness D of the compact strut 15 is selected so that it corresponds to the thickness difference Ad between the thickness of the goods conveyor belt 3 and the thickness of the composite panel, so that the lower edge 18 of the horizontal compact strut 15 and the underside of the frame of the goods conveyor belt 4 lie in one plane ,
As a result, an extension of the holding plate 19 for the cash-receiving device 8 at the same time serve as a support portion 29 of the goods conveyor belt in a critical area. Both this holding plate 19 and the horizontal compact strut 15 have rounded corners and edges, so that the risk of injury to the cashier is reduced. In addition, Figure 1A shows a cranked shoulder 16 of the horizontal compact strut, with which the thickness difference Ad between the composite plate 3 and the goods conveyor belt 4 is compensated. Thus, the diagonally disposed horizontal compact strut 15 extending from the short leg 34 to the long leg 33, as shown in FIG. 1, supports both the underside 37 of the composite panel 2 and the underside 36 of the goods conveyor 4.
FIG. 1B shows a schematic plan view of the detail E of FIG. 1 with the composite panel 2 removed. The contour of the composite panel 2 is identified by a dot-dash line 38 in this critical region of the cutout 35. A holding plate 19 protrudes into the cutout 35 and simultaneously extends below the composite plate 2, fixed on a lower edge of the horizontal compact strut 15. The holding plate 19 extends into the area of the goods conveyor belt 4 and forms a support area 29 for the goods conveyor 4. Die horizontal compact strut 15 may, as shown in Figure 1B, be compacted with multiple layers of sealant into a compact laminate beam which has the advantage of being adaptable to the dimensions of a seatbox and the ergonomic requirements of a seatbox, eliminating any sharp edges causing injury having.
Similarly, the cranked shoulder 16 in the transition region from a support region for the composite panel 2, as shown in Figure 1A, provided to a support region of the goods conveyor belt with corresponding curves in the transition region to compensate for the thickness difference Ad described above.
Figure 2 shows a schematic view of the seat box 1 along the section line A-A of Figure 1. Components with the same functions as in the preceding figures are identified by the same reference numerals and not discussed separately. Figure 2 shows not only the structure and the structure of the service area 3 of a composite plate 2 of core material 39 and a laminated plate 40, which has a peripheral bead 41 towards its boundary edges, but in particular the support structure 14 according to the invention, a free space 17 for 4/14 Austrian Patent Office AT12 337U1 2012-04-15 the legroom of the cashier and for storage space under the service area 3 forms.
For this purpose, the support structure 14, the diagonally disposed horizontal compact strut 15, which is supported at its ends 42 and 43 on support wedges 9 of the seat box outer wall 10 and at the same time supports the composite plate 2 in critical areas, in particular at the cutout 35 for the cashbox. In addition, FIG. 2 shows that support plate 19, which is fixed on lower edge 18 of the horizontal compact strut, belongs to support structure 14 and extends underneath goods transport belt 4 as support region 29. In this area, the horizontal compact strut 15 has a cranked shoulder 16 to compensate for the thickness difference of the goods conveyor belt 4 and the composite plate 3.
In Figure 2 it is clear that a large free and storage space 17 is created below the service area 3 by this support structure 14. In addition, Figure 2 shows the overall structure of the seat box outer wall 10 and the screen wall 12 in conjunction with a raised cash register floor 31, which is supported on corresponding support bar 44 relative to the surrounding installation floor 45, wherein the floor structure is surrounded by a bottom panel 32 of the seat box 1.
Figure 3 shows a schematic plan view of a seat box 20 according to a second embodiment of the invention. The components of Figure 3 and the following figures, which have the same functions as in the previous figures, are identified by the same reference numerals and will not be discussed separately. The difference to the seat 1 shown in Figure 1 and 2 is that the short leg 34 of the L-shaped composite plate 2 is now angled to the left. By a pillar 4 6 anchored in the cash register floor area 31, the access door 13 can be arranged with a width w in two different positions on a narrow side with the width b or a longitudinal side with the length 1.
Thereby, the access to the seat box 20 and the seating area 11 can be adapted to different circumstances of a sales or cashier area. The dotted lines again show the support structure 14 according to the invention, while dashed lines mark contours of storage compartments below the service area 3. The storage compartments are designed so that a sufficient space 17 remains under the service area 3 in order to ensure leg room for the cashier.
Further, Figure 3 shows arrangements of other devices that are either embedded in the composite panel 2 and are flush with the service area 3 or are mounted on the service area 3 to corresponding brackets 6, such as a customer display 24 and a cash register display 27 above the service area 3, an EC or credit card machine 26, which is fixed on the service area 3, and an input keyboard 23, which is lowered, for example, in the composite plate 2 and arranged flush with the service area 3.
For this purpose, the service area 3 has a further cutout with raised edges into which the input keyboard is fitted. The raised edges, which surround the service area 3 as a bead 41, as shown in Figure 2, also protects the input keyboard 23 from being wetted by liquids. In this case, the input keyboard 23 is supported on a keyboard receiving surface, which constitutes a further extension of the holding plate 19 and belongs to the novel support structure 14 according to the invention. The holding plate 19 of the cash box 47 is thus extended up to the screen wall 12 and increases the stability and torsional rigidity of the seat box 20. The thickness difference to the goods conveyor belt 4 is overcome by thickness compensation elements. Thus actuation forces of the input keyboard 23 do not act on the laminate plate, but are taken up by the support structure 14 according to the invention with an enlarged support plate 19 and the screen 12.
FIG. 4 shows a schematic side view of the seat box 20 according to FIG. 3 in the region of the access door 13 with the pillar 46, on which the access door 3 is pivotably fixed.
FIG. 5 shows a schematic longitudinal section through the seat box 20 according to FIG. 3 along the section line AA in FIG. 3. Again, the support structure 14 according to the invention with the ergonomically adapted, diagonally arranged, horizontal compact AT 12337 is clearly shown U1 2012-04-15 strut 15 and a support wedge 9 which is fixed on the inside of the seat box outer wall 10 and carries an end 42 of the horizontal compact strut 15. Also, the support plate 19 of the support structure 14, on the one hand receives a cashbox and on the other hand forms a support portion 29 for the goods conveyor belt 4, and supports the input keyboard is clearly visible. In addition, the free space 17 can be seen below the service area with storage compartments.
Figure 6 shows a schematic cross section through the seat box 20 according to Figure 3 along the section line BB in Figure 3. Again, it is shown that the support structure 14 according to the invention fits ergonomically into the seat box construction without the storage and free space below the Service area 3 to affect. In addition, the holding plate 19 extends from the bottom of the goods conveyor belt over the cutout for the cashbox and the cutout for the input keyboard up to the screen wall 12 and thus additionally increases the rigidity and torsional stability of the entire seat box.
FIG. 7 shows a schematic plan view of a seat box 30 according to a further embodiment of the invention. This seat box 30 differs from the previous seat cash registers in that a left-side and a right-side seat box are joined together and have a cover strip 25 on the cash register floor 31. For such a seat box, the support structure 14 is arranged in both halves of the seat box, as has already been described in the preceding figures. The only difference here is that now the common seat box as an island solution has only one access door 13 of a width w through which the cashier for the seat cash registers can enter the seating areas of the left- or right-hand seat box. The further constructions correspond to the previously discussed embodiments of FIGS. 1 to 6. However, the holding plate 19 may preferably be designed such that it has a connecting element 48 which is arranged below the end faces of the two short legs 34 of the common service area 3.
FIG. 8 shows a schematic side view of the seat box 30 according to FIG. 7 with the common access door 13 for such a seat box island, as shown in FIG. In this case, this Sitzkasseninsel now both sides beveled Sitzkassenaußenwände 10, so that the client can approach close to the service areas and the conveyor belt and can support without having to rotate foot position and upper body against each other or an unnatural great prevention when unloading goods from a shopping cart to carry out the goods conveyor belt 4.
